Party Popper
Warning: this item is Cursed. If a player acquires this item, it cannot be unequipped, dropped, or sold.
A fat little bomb of gaudy paper with a fuse already fizzing, packed with a pinch of alchemist's flash-powder. Harmless, deafening, and extremely satisfying. Activate to pop it.
